Returns & Warranty Policy

At lesedwards.co.uk we aim for 100% accuracy. Please read our policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and warranty claims.

  1. Mandatory Returns Authorization (RA) Number

No returns will be accepted without a valid Returns Authorization (RA) Number. * Any items sent back to us without a visible RA Number on the outside of the packaging will be rejected and returned to the sender at their own expense.

  • To obtain an RA Number, you must contact our support team at office@crnw.co.uk before shipping any items.
  1. Custom-Made & Programmed Items (Non-Returnable)

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made or personalized items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Car Key Remotes: Keys that have been cut to a specific VIN or mechanical blade code.
  • Programmed Remotes: Transponders that have been electronically synced, coded, or "locked" to a specific vehicle.
  • Custom Shells: Any hardware modified at the customer’s request.

Note: Once a key is cut or programmed, it is uniquely tied to your vehicle and cannot be resold. Please ensure all vehicle details are correct before finalizing your order.

  1. Warranty & "Return to Base" (RTB)

All products are covered by a Used Items 3 months and new items 12 months limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

All warranty claims are strictly Return to Base (RTB):

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the item back to our facility for inspection.
  • Assessment: Once received, our technicians will test the item. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you at our expense.
  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover user error, water damage, battery depletion, or physical damage caused by improper programming attempts by third parties.
  1. Standard 30-Day Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

For standard, non-customized items, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an RA Number. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original, unopened packaging.
  • In "as-new" resaleable condition.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
  1. Return Shipping & Tracking

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in transit to our base. Shipping costs for standard returns are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [Your Email Address] with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. If eligible, we will issue you an RA Number and provide the return shipping address.
  3. Clearly mark the RA Number on the outside of your package.
  4. Ship the item back to us via a tracked service.
