For Key repairs any or all keys available.
For all units being sent for repair or service from within the UK Only need to complete the booking
form: - Ensure your item is sent recorded delivery to our receiving address
- Ensure you include a Full list of the work that is required (All Known Faults)
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Postal Address, for the units to be returned after repair
- A mobile number required for the courier when booking return
- A valid Email Address required for invoicing and again the Courier
For all units being sent for repair or service and are being sent from outside the UK Please read the
following: - Ensure your item is sent recorded delivery to our receiving address
- Ensure you include a full list of the work that is required (All Known Faults)
- Your Full Name
- Your Full Postal Address, for the units to be returned after repair
- A mobile number required for the courier when booking return
- A valid Email Address required for invoicing and again the Courier
- In addition to the above please ensure you have correctly completed your CN22 or in some
countries a CN23 and Customs declaration. It is important you get this right other wise you could be
facing import duty and Tax Charges. You need to complete a CN22 Customs Declaration - Do not go mad and list your items with an unrealistic value “MAX $60” other wise you will be liable
to import and vat duty. Please fill your CN22 or combined shipping forms with these examples.

- Senders Full Name and address and under the section Contents tick other but some CN22
including combined forms do have repair as an option please Select that if its available - List your items sent I.E = BeCM ECU for Repair – Engine Ecu for Repair – Key for Repair – List all items being sent for Repair
- Quantities for each listed in 2 Weight for each item listed in 2 VALUE for each item listed in 2
which must not be more than $10 each or a total of $100 - Total Items I.E in 3

- TOTAL VALUE MIN $10 to the max of $60

- Copy your booking Invoice 3 times and add to your parcel for Customs ensure you label clearly
that your item is *** FOR REPAIR AND RETURN. - DO NOT INSURE YOUR ITEM FOR EXCESSIVE AMOUNTS AS THIS ADDS TO THE VALUE $60 max UNLESS YOUR HAPPY TO PAY THE DUTY.
Also label your parcel clearly with the following on more than one side of your parcel:

Items that are held by customs or require us to pay a fee or duty to have released will be subject to an admin fee of £75 that will be added to your bill.
